The Neighborhood Police team receives reinforcement from Brussels. However, the new inspector is not a fan of the modified administrative system that Patrick has developed. Just more paperwork. But in that pile of papers he discovers something unusual. Meanwhile, reports of destroyed city gardens and ruined greenhouses are flooding in. Could there be a connection between all these incidents?
